Yano and Beyond at The Rink

Multicultural Arts Victoria (MAV) and RISING are coming together to present Yano and Beyond at The Rink. Amapiano, or ‘Yano' is a genre of music birthed in South Africa combining the elements of deep house, jazz, and lounge with catchy basslines, melodic piano, and soulful vocals. Glow tha DJ, Kgomotso and Kix will be on the decks sending the Yano energy, along with Afrobeat and Dancehall heat from Nigeria, Jamaica and beyond. Lace up riverside and slice rhythmic zig zags in the ice.
